Full Job Description
Responsibilities

The candidate will provide budget integration support to a fast-paced and dynamic customer environment for a branch in the Technical Services Division. The candidate will manage day-to-day activities related to the financial management of a multi-million-dollar portfolio, to include assisting with budget planning and execution, including forecasting needs and aligning resources with program goals, creating RCAFs, preparing documentation, and handling financial transactions. The candidate will also help to develop, maintain, and execute the budget roadmap to ensure timely execution and provide monitoring of funds. Other duties include tracking and maintaining expenditures records across different programs, performing regular reconciliations and variance analysis to support compliance and decision making. The candidate will need to engage with offices and stakeholders for proper planning and coordination of budgets across multiple activities, including contracts, MIPRs, and inter-agency collaborations. The candidate will need to assist with the collection of information and preparation of weekly activity reports that are due to senior management and may also need to provide logistical support, scheduling, and resource allocation as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA and experience in budget planning and execution

Experience with building roadmaps and monitoring status

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
