Education, Licensure & Certification:- Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
- Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified
- Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
- Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
- Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
- Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pediatric primary care setting.
