Position Summary:

As the General Manager of our Micro division, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the business unit by leading a team that is focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and quality that exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and can effectively collaborate, communicate, strategize, problem-solve, and manage a diverse team. This person must be prepared to build out the division and thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance
  • 5-8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain a collaborative team environment
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the interconnect industry & Mil-Spec knowledge
  • Working knowledge of interconnects, cable assembly components, including wire, contacts, and connectors highly desired
  • Proven track record of implementing change and driving operational improvements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $160,000/year - $220,000/ year (DOE), plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
