The Opportunity

This position is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance of a paper mill that produces containerboard used in corrugated packaging. Responsible for achieving the facility's safety, environmental, quality, customer satisfaction, cost, production, and financial goals. Maximizes the efficiency of manufacturing though systematic process improvement. Lead the development of budgets, capital, and strategic plans. Implements government and company policies while fostering positive employee, community, and government relations. Builds an empowered team and supports individuals to develop and operate at their full potential.
