Annual Salary: $245,000 - $300,000 DOE/DOQ

Carmichael Water District (CWD) is seeking a strategic and experienced water leader to serve as its next General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a respected, award-winning, and financially stable district that provides high-quality, reliable water service to an unincorporated suburb located in the heart of Sacramento County. The General Manager leads the District's strategic, operational, and financial activities and oversees a dynamic, dedicated 29-member team, an approximate $23 million operating budget (FY2027), and a $30 million Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget.

The ideal candidate brings executive experience in California's water sector, along with exceptional communication, people-management, financial, and relationship-building skills.
