Full Job Description
Axyde is seeking a high-agency, strategy-driven operator to serve as the first General Manager (GM) in our commercial IP federation - starting with VIREN, our flagship compliance architecture.

This is not a traditional job.

You will own the commercialization of a defined patent-backed vertical, supported by founder infrastructure, and compensated directly from revenue you generate or lead.

There is no salary. There is no ceiling.

You are the first mover - and the model is built to reward you for building a business under you.

VIRENβ„’ is a schema-constrained traceability framework for regulated supply chains.

It underpins compliance enforcement, ESG auditability, and federal sourcing logic - already aligned with NDAA 2021, EO 14017, DPA Title III, and ESG flowdown programs in battery, magnet, and critical material sectors.

Your job: license it. Build around it. Scale it.
