Vacatia is seeking a dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead both Silver Seas & Surfsider Resorts in South Florida. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on leader who loves hospitality, embraces challenges, and takes pride in delivering excellence.

As the GM, you'll be the driving force behind the property's success-shaping guest satisfaction, owner engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance. You'll lead a talented team, partner with Vacatia's corporate experts, and work closely with the HOA Board to achieve long-term strategic goals.

What You'll Do
