Valley Security & Alarm is seeking a Full-Time General Manager to join our team.

This exempt position is 40 hours-plus per week, Monday through Friday. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the planning and execution of the operational plan and achieving financial goals through structured operational, sales, and customer processes. This role is responsible for building repeatable systems and processes so performance does not depend on individual effort.

The GM is responsible for training and retention of Valley Security & Alarm employees and delivering consistent, high-quality service to customers that supports long-term client retention. This role requires a long-term mindset, ensuring that decisions strengthen the business over time-not just in the moment.

Key qualifications include:

• BA/BS degree and 5 years or more of related industry experience.
• Ability to reinforce company culture frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, improve processes, and lead teams toward consistent performance.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Proven ability to organize work, prioritize effectively, and create clarity for others.
• Ability to identify patterns, understand root causes, and improve how work is performed-not just how it gets done today.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the Central Valley as needed.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Education Requirements (All)

BA/BS degree and 5 years or more of related industry experience
