Job DescriptionGeneral Manager II - ODP Business SolutionsThe General Manager II oversees ODP Business Solutions supply chain facilities, ensuring operational excellence across distribution, fulfillment, and transportation functions. This role is responsible for achieving performance goals, managing P&L, and driving continuous improvement while upholding safety and compliance standards. The General Manager II develops high-performing teams, strengthens operational capabilities, and serves as the primary liaison between facility operations and corporate leadership to support company initiatives and deliver exceptional service across all managed sites.
Primary Responsibilities- Direct daily operations across all supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with ODP Business Solutions' performance standards and customer commitments.
- Manage facility P&L, develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-control measures to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor facility staff while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Partner with corporate teams (HR, IT, Transportation, Inventory, Loss Prevention) to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, resolving escalations, and supporting customer-facing initiatives.
Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred fields of study: Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
Experience- 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management
- 5+ years in General Manager-level role or above
- Experience in Big Box retail distribution/fulfillment operations
- Minimum 3 years in a multi-functional leadership role
Certifications (Preferred)- DOT, OSHA, or other relevant industry certifications
Technical Competencies- Proficiency in WMS, TMS, OMS, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred

- Financial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and change-management abilities

Pay, Benefits & Work SchedulePay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $140,000.00/year to $175,000.00/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
You will be eligible to participate in an incentive program, paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
