- Salary: $151,264 - $189,080 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities: - The General Manager oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising for their facility, ensuring performance goals are met and working with the Market Unit President to drive business results
- As the General Manager, you will lead the execution of the company's long-term strategy and achieve the annual operating plan and budget
- You will communicate and collaborate with customers, franchise partners, and distributors to ensure service reliability and accuracy
- You will ensure alignment of cross-functional team plans and strategies, and maintain strong end-to-end supply chain practices
- You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety, and address emerging business needs to enhance operational results
- You will leverage consumer insights and innovation strategies to drive market opportunities, improve margins, and generate business growth
- You will manage talent attraction, development, and retention, and collaborate with HR on labor relations and performance management
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 5 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of management experience
