Salary - $120,000-$130,000

High-volume, chef-driven NYC restaurant known for bold Middle Eastern and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, energetic hospitality, and a strong neighborhood following.
Qualifications:
Strong NYC restaurant management experience in a busy, high-volume, full-service environment
Must be a true floor leader with a visible, hands-on presence during service
Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly FOH employees
Excellent guest-relations skills with experience building loyalty among regulars, VIPs, and new guests
Strong experience with hiring, onboarding, training, and continued staff development
Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, P&L management, cost controls, and labor tracking
Experience managing reservations and book edits for holidays, special events, and high-volume services
Ability to partner closely with culinary leadership to maintain service standards and ticket times
Beverage knowledge and experience partnering with beverage leadership
Experience maintaining FOH/BOH standards and DOH readiness
Proficiency with Toast, Resy, Harri, and Google Workspace preferred
NYC DOH Food Handler and ServSafe Management certifications required or obtainable within 90 days
Must have experience managing a high-volume operation with a large FOH team
