General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of [Company Name], ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, working closely with senior leadership.
- Lead and inspire department managers and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure that company goals are aligned across departments and teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company's financial and operational objectives are met.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all departments are functioning efficiently.
- Implement and maintain systems, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Approve financial and operational reports, analyzing trends and adjusting as necessary.
- Ensure the organization's profitability by analyzing costs, revenues, and expenses.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff across all departments.
- Foster a positive, productive work culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and work to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the company's customer base and market presence.
- Support the creation of marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure that the company operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor risk and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Requirements: - Must have at least 5 years of experience in a General Manager role or higher level.
- Have a keen eye for detail in every area of the restaurant.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-profile environment- extensive experience with NYC clientele required.

- Volume experience of at least $8-10mm
- Must have managed a team of 7-10 direct reports
- Understand and are comfortable with POS, Open Table and other computer systems!
