Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated team.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase client engagement and promote our anti-aging services.
- Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and industry standards for safety and quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new services and improvement.
