Full Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established hospitality and recreational facility in the Grande Prairie region. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and excels at building strong teams.

The ideal candidate will bring proven management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to confidently oversee staff, operations, and special events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations while ensuring a high level of service and smooth workflow across all departments
  • Lead, mentor, schedule, and manage staff, including front-line and kitchen teams, while fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Coordinate and support special events such as weddings, corporate functions, and holiday parties
  • Work closely with staff, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain efficient operations

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous management or leadership experience is required
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer-focused environments is considered an asset
