Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overall branch leadership, ensuring strong operational performance, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and delivery of exceptional customer service. This role develops and supports employees, drives branch profitability, manages customer and employee escalations, and ensures alignment with company goals, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
  • Grow, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained.
  • Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws.
  • Manage customer escalations, employee relations matters, and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance.
  • Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives, support growth objectives, and drive continuous improvement within the branch.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
