New Castle, DE branch.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained.
- Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws.
- Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance.
Qualifications: - Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of management experience in pest control.
- Must have state-required pest control operator licensing.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, posses a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards.

- This position offers a salary range of ($85,000 - $105,000) annually, with additional compensation opportunities.
