Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months General Management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Ability to work 46-49 hours a week
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Proficient in problem-solving and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
• Oversee inventory and manage vendor relationships
• Control costs related to food, bar, and labor
• Motivate team members and ensure excellent guest service
• Teach and coach staff on company policies and standards
• Plan shifts and schedule staff according to business flow
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
• Implement training programs and marketing initiatives
