Qualifications

• Expertise in labor negotiations and handling union-related expenses.
• Knowledge of dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment, and compliance with DOT and FTA regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
• Ability to handle additional responsibilities based on specific contract needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle maintenance to ensure fleet availability.

• Manage financial metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
• Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with committees to facilitate policy improvements.
• Engage in labor and employee relations activities at the location.
• Support contract renewal insights and create annual budgets.
