General Manager Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and grow the operations of a bath remodeling company. This is a replacement role for a key leadership position and is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations including sales, production, and installation teams
- Manage project flow from sale to installation to ensure timely, high-quality completion
- Lead, train, and motivate office and field staff
- Monitor job costing, budgets, and overall profitability
- Improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Work closely with ownership on business strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements:- Previous management experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction (bath or kitchen remodeling strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of job costing, scheduling, and operational workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on performance and accountability
