The General Manager (GM) is responsible for driving the overall success of the dispensary, inspiring the team to achieve operational excellence while upholding the company's mission, vision, and values. This role oversees every aspect of store performance, including profitability, financial outcomes, and adapting to evolving business trends. This role requires availability to include nights, weekends and holidays.

The GM plays a key role in building and leading a high-performing team through attracting, onboarding, and developing top talent. By fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement, this position ensures the dispensary delivers both strong results and an exceptional customer experience.

Flexibility is required, as this position includes nights, weekends, and varying shifts to meet the needs of the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and consistently surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build a high-performing, diverse team by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Coach and mentor your PCAs (Personal Care Associates), equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results.
  • Address any performance or operational issues promptly, providing coaching and guidance to team members to foster growth and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Cultivate growth and development within your team by providing training, mentorship, and leveraging individual strengths to unlock potential.
  • Optimize productivity through accurate payroll forecasting, ensuring alignment with sales goals and efficient workload management.
  • Take ownership of profit and loss (P&L), strategically driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and addressing underperformance with innovative solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, sharing insights with senior leadership to shape strategies and achieve impactful results.
