General Manager

Key Purpose

The General Manager serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for creating an exceptional workplace hospitality experience that supports the client's culture, business objectives, and employee experience.

Working in close partnership with a highly talented Executive Chef and established leadership team, the General Manager focuses on building strong client relationships, developing people, driving operational excellence, and creating an environment where employees and guests thrive.

Success in this role is measured not only by operational and financial results, but by the strength of the culture, the quality of the client partnership, the engagement of the team, and the experiences created every day.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, workplace dining, food service, hotels, restaurants, or related service environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $98600.00 - $115000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
