General Manager / Integrator

Position Summary:

The General Manager (Integrator) is the "glue" that holds the organization together. This individual will be responsible for running all the daily operations of the company utilizing a strong management team already in place. You will also partner directly with the Owner (Visionary) to translate big-picture ideas into executable business plans. You will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding the leadership team accountable (LMA) while ensuring all departments-Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Production-are synchronized and meeting their metrics. We need a tech-savvy, data-driven leader who can execute on repeatable, trackable, and scalable processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Direct Oversight: Lead and mentor the Leadership Team, including the heads of Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Operations/Production.
  • Metric Management: Ensure every department is managed by the numbers, utilizing CRMs and Excel to track performance against KPI's.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and solve problems in a healthy, practical manner, ensuring the leadership team and all departments remains cohesive and functional.
  • EOS Ownership: Take full ownership of the company's operating system (EOS), ensuring core processes are followed consistently across the board.
  • Departmental Alignment: Harmonize the lead generation from Marketing with a disciplined Sales team and a high-efficiency Production department to eliminate any bottlenecks.
  • The "Filter": Act as the filter for the Visionary's ideas.
