Job Duties: Lead company efforts to expand business operations in the State of Illinois to provide home Adult Care support and services to older adults and differently abled individuals requiring in home medical support. Expand our business presence and identify and hire clinical, administrative, and business team staff, represent Entyre before stakeholders, including state agencies and clinics. Develop business plans to implement and deliver our Adult Care business model and services. Direct the establishment of our Chicago-based office and business presence in the state of Illinois. Hire and lead our Illinois-based clinical and business team personnel. Provide strategic planning, operational management strategies and goals, supervise personnel, ensure compliance with regulations impacting the delivery of adult care services, and report to company executives. Analyze Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and develop business strategies to place clients and their families into available adult home care options including Medicaid, obtain necessary waivers, and identify the eligibility of our clients for government funding. Represent Entyre before state regulatory agencies and identify and resolve issues impacting the company's governmental compliance. Oversee office operations and personnel and work with stakeholders, agencies, and other governmental or regulatory bodies. Analyze and identify state-specific business and compliance needs impacting Entyre's U.S. operations and report finding to our corporate headquarters and other state offices. Share relevant business strategies and tactics applicable to other state offices and provide managerial level support needed to implement with other state offices. Identify and enhance our family enrollments and sign-ups for eligible adult care programs. Direct office budget and report to corporate headquarters on monthly, quarterly and annual enrollments, revenues, and anticipated developments in the adult care industry.
Job Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a business-related field and five years of consulting and/or business analysis experience within a healthcare, consulting, private, or public sector environment.
