Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 / year

Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of multiple dining service operations across the Emory Oxford campus. This fully onsite role requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs and prior foodservice experience, including multi-unit oversight. The position ensures operational excellence, strong financial performance, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple dining locations, ensuring consistent service and execution
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Ensure all operations meet company, client, and regulatory standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality
• Hire, train, and develop management staff to build a strong leadership pipeline

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of foodservice management experience, preferably in multi-unit operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance
• Knowledge of food trends, retail operations, and catering services
• Experience with contract-managed foodservice environments preferred
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred
