This role is designed for proven leaders who are ready to take the next step into dealership operations and business leadership. As General Manager, you will oversee overall store performance, including sales, customer experience, team development, and operational execution. We provide the tools, support, and leadership development needed to help you successfully run your dealership and continue growing your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Drive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize business results and meet or exceed dealership goals.
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction across dealership operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance.
