Position Overview

As a General Manager at Delbar, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing all front-of-house operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supporting the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
  • Ensuring adherence to all safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Managing designated vendor relationships and maintaining cost controls in assigned areas.
  • Upholding Delbar's brand standards, company culture, and operational procedures.
  • Maintaining a proactive presence on the floor and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all guest-facing and employee areas.
  • Working towards and maintaining a minimum Grade A (95+) on all health inspections.
  • Holding a valid Serve Safe certification.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to improve systems and address operational needs.
