Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 10 years in distribution and fulfillment leadership, with a minimum of 3 years as top leader in a distribution center.
• Strong background in supply chain systems (WMS, Inventory Planning, ERP).
• Experience in project management and process improvement is essential.
• Proven track record of developing strong supply chain organizations aligning internal and external resources.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong leadership abilities focused on employee engagement and relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fulfillment and distribution activities in a high volume, multi-shift environment.
• Manage operations of the distribution center, fostering a productive union-free workplace.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service levels.
• Oversee inbound and outbound product movement into and out of the distribution center.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and the vendor community.
• Participate in annual budget preparation, holding full P&L responsibility for the network.
• Drive operational excellence by applying best practices to improve quality and safety.
