THE POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help drive restaurant operation, they get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback.
• Lead daily operations with a strong floor presence and a guest-first mindset
• Champion a culture of hospitality, accountability, and growth across FOH and BOH teams
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members to grow and perform at their best
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards, guest recovery, and team communication
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for FOH staff
• Drive profitability through labor management, cost controls, and strong P&L fluency
• Maintain accurate schedules, systems, and compliance with all workplace and safety standards
• Partner with the CDC, Corporate Beverage Director, and L&D team to support food and beverage knowledge, training, and service consistency
• Represent the brand in the restaurant and in the neighborhood through marketing, feedback response, and local partnerships
• Support seamless execution of events and private dining experiences

The base pay range for this position is $115,000-$135,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
