  • We have an opening for a General Manager position.
  • Location: New York, NY
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Pay Range: $125-130K
  • Bonus Eligible


Job Summary
The General Manager, reporting directly to the Senior Leader, oversees the day-to-day operations of a corporate dining account with a strong focus on serving high-profile client. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong team leadership capabilities, and excellent client relationship management. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring superior food quality and delivering an elevated customer experience that meets the expectations of a high-profile clientele.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the account's P&L and budgeting activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-profile corporate dining account.
  • Perform HR functions, including recruiting, coaching, progressive discipline, and terminations.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and employee training initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, clients, and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and ensure exceptional food quality.
  • Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of foodservice operations experience.
  • Corporate dining experience preferred.
  • High-volume production and catering experience required.
  • Previous budget management experience.
  • Demonstrated desire to learn, grow, and advance within a leading foodservice organization.
