Key Responsibilities for the Hotel General Manager:- Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property's reputation
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records
- Lead recruitment, retention, associate engagement, performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive hotel profitability through P&L management, revenue management, expense control, occupancy growth, ADR optimization, and RevPAR performance.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For in a Hotel General Manager:- Proven success as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager; Marriott brand experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
- A flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence
