You Will - Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support teams
- Own P&L, staffing, labor, and cost controls
- Drive KPIs, productivity, and cycle time

- Build strong insurance and customer relationships
- Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of collision repair management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of estimating, production flow, and insurance relations
- Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused
- Valid driver's license (Bachelor's degree preferred)
