Culinary-forward and thoughtfully designed, the inn blends the warmth of a private residence with the comfort of a well-run hotel. As General Manager, you will guide its operations and team culture - combining sound leadership with a genuine instinct for hospitality. This is a role for someone who balances operational discipline with a deep commitment to service - someone who understands that great hospitality lives in the details guests never need to ask for. This leadership position suits a hospitality professional who is equally comfortable with strategy and floor presence. You will oversee the full guest experience - from team development to culinary execution - while ensuring every guest feels at ease and well cared for.
