Oversees a group of store managers within a geographic region to maintain optimum efficiency and economy of operations based on goals set by region leadership.

Job Qualifications

Eight years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year of experience must include the following with in the last five years: Main Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Branch Store or Region Retail Program Specialist.

Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role.

Or

Bachelor's degree and six years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year of experience must include the following with in the last five years: Main Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Branch Store or Region Retail Program Specialist.

Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role.

  • MANAGEMENT - Preferred

  • Major Duties

    Manages financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities. Monitors performance of staff to ensure goals and targets are met. Takes corrective actions as necessary.
    Oversees the daily operations of the Exchange. Interacts with retail, food, services, human resources, loss prevention, to ensure execution of programs.
    Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings (town hall, weekly, staff meetings), real property, master planning and protocol.
    Develops, trains, coaches and mentors managers and associates for future development.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
