The RoleThe General Manager is responsible for
full performance, including:
- Sales growth and revenue performance
- Leadership development
- Market expansion and competitive positioning
- Operational execution and accountability
You will lead Sales Managers and develop talent pipelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Market Growth- Own and drive regional revenue, profitability, and market share
- Develop and execute high-level sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing, positioning, and promotions
Leadership & Culture- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Managers and teams
- Lead from the front - coaching, mentoring, and driving accountability
- Build a competitive, high-energy culture focused on results
Operations & Execution- Oversee operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and performance
- Maintain high standards for inventory readiness, presentation, and customer experience
- Implement structured deal reviews, pipeline management, and performance tracking
Team Development & Accountability- Conduct weekly one-on-ones with direct reports
- Drive consistent training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Hold teams accountable to production goals and operational standards
Customer Experience- Ensure strong follow-up systems and customer communication
- Maintain a high standard of service from first contact through closing
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of leadership experience in new home sales, real estate, or high-ticket sales
(Manufactured housing experience strongly preferred) - Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and execution ability
- Competitive, accountable, and performance-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership presence
- Willingness to relocate within Central Texas
