Qualified candidates will be able to perform at the highest standard to support BELFOR goals, ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, Supervise, Coordinate, Lead, and control all departments in the office and to focus on increasing owner's equity through the efforts of personnel. General Managers will manage all facets of the office and personnel, report results upwardly, identify areas of concerns and implement solutions in compliance with BELFOR standards. General Manager is expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, while growing the business as needs are identified.

- Be a leader and lead the team to established goals.
- Supervise the work of Estimators, Project managers, Administrators, Asset manager, and Sales and Marketing efforts.
- Monitor work flow and systems for the most effective completion of tasks.
- Attend marketing events to be visible to potential leads and customers.
- Inspect at random projects to confirm quality control.
- Follow up on customer complaints and determine issues for resolution.
- Insure other duties are performed as mandated by regional manager, safety manager, and corporate executive team.
