Lead One of British Columbia's Premier Automotive Operations

Bannister Automotive Group is seeking an exceptional automotive leader to become the next General Manager of Bannister GM Chilliwack.

This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of one of our flagship General Motors dealerships and build upon a legacy of success established over many years by a respected industry leader.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will assume full operational responsibility for Bannister GM Chilliwack, including:
  • Overall dealership profitability and performance
  • Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Fixed Operations leadership
  • Customer experience and retention strategies
  • Team development, succession planning, and culture
  • OEM relationship management
  • Inventory management and forecasting
  • Strategic planning and operational execution
  • Community engagement and brand leadership

You will work closely with Bannister's executive leadership team while leveraging the support of our Dealer Support Team, including:
  • Operations
  • Human Resources
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Marketing
  • Business Development Centre (BDC)
  • Leadership Development
  • Information Technology

This role offers the autonomy of dealership leadership with the support and resources of a large automotive group.
