  • The company is seeking an accomplished General Manager to serve as the senior operational and strategic leader across their growing multi-site 3PL network. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role is central to the company's next chapter ? a pivotal hire for a proven operator who can drive enterprise-wide performance, shape company strategy, and play an instrumental role in building a profitable, scalable organization.
  • The General Manager will act as a key strategic advisor to the VP, contributing directly to decisions that shape the company's growth trajectory, financial health, and long-term competitive positioning. This individual will bridge high-level business strategy with ground-level operational execution ? owning the full spectrum of fulfillment and logistics performance across NJ and CA facilities, while simultaneously identifying and advancing the initiatives that will move the company toward sustained profitability.
