Qualifications- 3+ years of management experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll DoAs a General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of your store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 8-12 employees
- Recruiting and training new team members
- Driving sales and maximizing store profitability
- Achieving personal and store sales goals
- Managing accounting, service, collections, and inventory
- Delegating responsibilities effectively
- Maintaining operational standards and exceptional customer service
- Evaluating team performance and providing ongoing coaching
- Ensuring a positive, productive, and customer-focused store environment
