Position OverviewAs a General Manager, you'll lead your team to success by providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring the smooth operation of your store. This role requires strong leadership, people skills, and retail experience. You'll be the face of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
- Serve as a mentor and lead by example.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Attract, hire, train, and develop store employees.
- Provide fair and consistent leadership.
- Delegate authority and ownership of tasks appropriately.
- Build and maintain a cohesive team aligned with company goals.
- Step in to assist with the duties of absent employees as needed.
- Protect company assets, including cash, inventory, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws.
- Maintain a drug-free workplace.
- Perform inventory control and maintain store security.
- Oversee merchandising and display efforts.
Requirements- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Strong retail sales experience.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Valid in-state driver's license.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- A.S.E. Certifications 4 and 5 are preferred but not required.
- Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
CompensationPay: $80,000 - $100,000+ annually
Our General Managers are paid a weekly salary, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus. We also offer a annual bonus based on performance as a General Manager
