Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of leadership experience with P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred)
• Proven revenue growth track record in service-driven environments
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 8-25 people
• Strong business acumen with P&L, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
• Comfortable in a clinical and business performance dual-function role
• Preferred experience in high-ticket consultative sales processes
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or healthcare management preferred
