Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced General Manager 5 to lead food operations at one of our prestigious corporate accounts in the heart of New York City.

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a sophisticated food services program that includes corporate café operations, executive dining, catering, and office coffee services. What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for the account, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and outstanding client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong, high-touch client relationships
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented culinary and service team
  • Driving operational excellence across café, catering, executive dining, and coffee service programs
  • Managing financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Delivering elevated private dining and executive-level hospitality experiences
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety standards, including NYC Department of Health regulations and grading requirements
  • Partnering with culinary teams to create innovative, trend-forward menus that reflect New York City's vibrant dining scene
  • Maintaining a culture of exceptional service and continuous improvement
