What You'll Do- Lead daily operations ensuring exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a consistently elevated guest experience.
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships by communicating proactively, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Inspire, develop, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic operational planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety regulations, and all operational policies across the entire dining program.
