General Manager 3 to lead
retail food operations at Kaiser Permanente Modesto. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all retail dining services, ensuring an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, and guests while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team engagement. What You'll Do- Lead and oversee all retail food operations, including cafés, coffee concepts, micro-markets, and grab-and-go venues, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and food safety.
- Drive operational and financial performance through effective budgeting, labor management, cost controls, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire teams by creating a positive workplace culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
- Partner with Kaiser Permanente leadership and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, elevate the customer experience, and achieve strategic business objectives.

What You Bring- Strong leadership experience managing high-volume retail food, hospitality, healthcare, campus, or corporate dining operations with accountability for operational and financial outcomes.
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, labor optimization, and driving profitable growth.
- A customer-centric mindset with a track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead diverse teams, and successfully implement change initiatives.
