General Manager 3 for
Mid-Pacific Institute which is an independent, co-educational, college-preparatory school for Preschool, Kindergarten and grades 1-12located in
Honolulu, HI. Mid Pac has 1400 students throughout its program with a focus on 21st century project learning and collaboration. The GM must be able to create the vision necessary to support the contract and interact and become a part of the small campus and local community. Leadership, Computer Skills, Culinary knowledge, and Food/Beverage Cost controls are key skills that must be mastered to be successful as a GM with Sodexo.

What You Bring- Previous management background in high volume food retail / restaurant/ dining or high volume corporate or campus dining including catering oversight.
- Excellent relationship skills: developing strong partnerships with campus departments, students and staff.
- A track record of commitment to creating a welcoming guest/ customer dining experience and ability to train/mentor staff on customer service.
- Previous experience with school lunch programs, nutrition would be helpful.
- Strong financial acumen - managing annual budgets, maintaining labor/cost controls.
- Seeking local candidates - the ability to understand and have experience in island culture, cuisine would be beneficial in this role.
