Location: USA - Fort Worth, Silver Creek Rd Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: General Manager - 2nd shift Time Type: Full Time Shift: Primarily second shift starting at 6pm SUMMARY The General Manager of operations is a highly visible leadership role. This individual is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation. The General Manager ("GM") will serve as a primary customer interface for all leadership decisions regarding proposal approval and contract negotiations. This role is the Champion of overseeing local continuous improvement activities, LEAN practices, supply chain analysis, six sigma initiatives, and ISO activities. The "GM" will also develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business. He/she will also ensure that the operation adheres to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting client and company expectations.
