Role: Principal, Change Management + AI Enablement
What will my role be:
• Lead large-scale transformation programs by connecting strategy, operating models, processes, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts through delivery quality and expansion
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decisions in complex environments, particularly related to AI and the future of work.

Skills
• Proven experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives in complex organizations
• Ability to connect strategy, process, technology, and organizational behavior
• Experience in consulting (management, technology, or professional services), including selling and delivering work
• Strong business development experience with revenue ownership

• Systems thinking and ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent relationship-building skills across clients and teams

Hybrid / In office:

• Competitive compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 CAD annually. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors
