Operate in the Grey: Act as a bridge between emerging global capabilities and immediate client needs, demonstrating the agility to take nascent solutions to market and refine them in real-time alongside our clients.
Leverage Ecosystems: Develop strong partnerships with relevant Alliance partners in the client ecosystem to drive joint business development and shepherd operational processes.
Ensure Delivery Excellence: Guide clients from initial ideation to the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engagements, ensuring quality at every phase.
Champion Client Satisfaction: Own the overall customer satisfaction survey outcomes, including the transformational scoring that rates Slalom's overall relationship with our clients.
Embody Our Core Values: Participate in Slalom leadership forums and act as an active ambassador of Slalom's culture, fostering an environment of inclusivity and growth.

Key Metrics:
• Maintain a 40% individual utilization target
• Drive a personal revenue responsibility of $5 million+
• Achieve and maintain annual CSAT score rating targets

And, what will I bring?
Consulting Leadership: Prior experience in a senior go-to-market or leadership role within a technology or management consulting environment.
Industry Expertise: Consulting account development and delivery management experience with clients in the banking industry, including deep contextual knowledge of the Canadian financial services landscape and its complex organizational matrices.
Regulatory Acumen: Proven ability to navigate the complex regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks inherent to the banking and financial services sector.
Delivery Foundation: A strong foundational core in technical program management, enabling you to rapidly identify delivery gaps, structure complex programs, and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.
Next-Gen Technology Fluency: Deep familiarity with modern technology trends, extending beyond Cloud & Data to explicitly include the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence, agentic workflows, autonomous agent orchestration, and AI Control Plane architectures.
Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity partnering and delivering with major ecosystem players (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) and modern data/AI platforms.
Commercial Acumen: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding similar revenue targets, with deep experience managing account commercials, including pricing, profitability, and contracts.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving, and decision making skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
