Job Description

Location: onsite 2-3 days / week either Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX (Required)

We9re seeking a Technical Program Manager who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong technology or product program leadership experience and a working knowledge of supply chain operations.
You9ll partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive integrated roadmaps, align priorities, and deliver transformational initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

What You9ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent supply chain transformation initiatives, including Pre-Award Workbench, digital workspace launches, and process orchestration efforts.
  • Own the integrated program roadmap across workstreams, ensuring alignment of priorities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs and strategic objectives into actionable product, feature, and technical development roadmaps.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business teams, product teams, technical SMEs, IT organizations, and external technology partners.
  • Manage program governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement across a large and complex ecosystem of 20+ stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers, and proactively manage risks that may impact delivery.
  • Coordinate sequencing and execution across multiple delivery teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Align technology initiatives and roadmap investments to broader supply chain and digital transformation strategies.
  • Establish program metrics, track progress, and provide executive-level status reporting and recommendations.


What You9ll Bring

  • 7+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into product, platform, and technical delivery plans.
  • Proven ability to manage complex roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, product management, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Background leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or platform implementation programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse business and technical organizations.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery environments.
  • Supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations is highly desirable.

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay range is $80 to $90/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual9s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
