What You'll Do
The Program Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of partner project plans, ensuring seamless transitions from kickoff to graduation. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence through rigorous documentation, data integrity, and precise metric reporting. As a primary point of contact, the Program Manager facilitates critical communications and meeting cadences while providing leadership with visibility into the project pipeline through detailed status reporting and institutional knowledge capture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains precise reporting for progress metrics, including partner learner details and overall project status.
- Upholds data integrity by ensuring all key programmatic steps are documented correctly within the tracking system.
- Addresses standard partner inquiries regarding the program and escalates more complex technical or strategic issues to Program Leadership.
- Provides detailed weekly status reports on partner progress to ensure the Program Leadership has a clear view of the pipeline.
- Facilitates bi-weekly meeting cadences with partner teams and coordinates internal Google-led sessions required for sprint completion.
- Creates detailed "Partner Baseball Cards" for all graduating partners to capture and retain institutional knowledge.
- Drafts partner-specific updates and announcements, such as kickoff or graduation notices, for program-wide distribution.
- Performs comprehensive audits of learning content for all sprint templates to ensure courses are active and accessible in source systems.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of program/project management experience, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
- Executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end program delivery, balancing scope, timeline, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams
- Strong experience operating in Agile environments, including facilitating sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, set clear direction, and break down complex initiatives into actionable plans
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including navigating competing priorities and aligning business and technical teams
- Previous Slalom experience preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Targeted hourly pay range: $75 to $80/hr.
