What You'll Do
- Serve as the overall solution lead, connecting business objectives, operational needs, and technology capabilities into a cohesive ERP strategy.
- Partner with client leadership to evaluate ERP and HCM platform options and guide the vendor selection process.
- Build business cases that quantify expected benefits, implementation costs, risks, and organizational impacts of an ERP investment.
- Provide expertise across key ERP process areas, including accounting, procurement, inventory management, finance, and other core business functions.
- Coordinate and manage interactions between business stakeholders and prospective ERP vendors throughout the evaluation process.
- Support vendor demonstrations by organizing scenarios, scheduling sessions, gathering feedback, and facilitating decision-making discussions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and strategic considerations that could impact program success.
- Drive alignment across executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful engagement.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience leading ERP strategy, selection, assessment, or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms and the business processes they support across finance, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, and related functions.
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process discovery efforts.
- Expertise documenting business requirements, process maps, current-state and future-state workflows, and RFP materials.
- Experience supporting ERP vendor evaluations, software selections, and solution assessments.
- Ability to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology and process solutions.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and project escalations in a consulting environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to keep cross-functional initiatives moving forward.
- Executive presence, consulting acumen, and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership.
- Prior Slalom experience, highly preferred

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted pay range is $90 to $110/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
